  1. I’m interested in putting together my own family kayak trip.
For a daily rental, can I pick up 2 or 3 kayaks in late afternoon and return them within 24 hours?

btw — the “Contact” page failed to submit…i tried three times and gave up.

Unfortunately we do not rent out equipment for you to do trips on your own. You would have to use our shuttle service to rent our equipment. We are offering a
new trip this year with recreational kayaks which is all flatwater if this is something that interests your family. Please let us know if we can help in any way planning your family trip.

    Thanks,
    BTI

Hi, I tried using the “contact” function as well without any luck. I’ve been to Harper’s Ferry and passed by your location. I know there’s a train that goes from DC to Harper’s Ferry. I was wondering if you ever provide transportation from the train station to your location. If not, are there any cabs in the area that would be willing to do that for us? We have considered renting a bus, but bus rentals are very expensive, and we’d rather have the convenience of taking the train.

    Thanks,
    Jen

What is the cost this year for the rental of the cooler tube, also the cost for people that bring their own tubes?

  5. Holly says:

We don’t provide shuttles from the train station in Harpers Ferry to our location because we have to have special permission to drive in town. I’m not sure of any local cab services in our area you would probably be better finding one in DC. I know that Charriots for Hire are offering specials to bring groups to our location so that may be a option for you as well. Let me know if we can further assist you.

    Thank you.

  6. Holly says:

Cooler tubes are $15 weekdays and $20 on weekends. If you bring your own tube the shuttle is $15 per person. Let us know if you need any further assistance. You can find our complete price list here.

    Thank you.
