Also, the rich history of the Harper’s Ferry area will really enhance your Halloween experience. BTI Whitewater’s knowledgeable and experienced river guides can bring this history to life as you float, regaling some of the spine tingling tales of the Shenandoah and Potomac rivers and the town of Harpers Ferry.
