BTI Whitewater is dedicated to providing you with a safe and fun river experience. In doing so, we ask that you adhere to our policies to ensure you get the most out of your river excursion.
There is an inherent risk associated with any outdoor/river activity. Any person participating in a BTI activity must complete a Liability Waiver. A parent or legal guardian must sign for minors.
Any person participating in a tubing, canoeing or kayaking activity must know how to swim!
Please be advised, alcohol is prohibited on BTI property, and is not permited on the river. All coolers are subject to inspection by DNR, and or park officials.
Coolers must be stable and secured to prevent spillage. Styrofoam and glass containers are prohibited, and will not be transported to the river. Large groups may be limited to one cooler per ten guests.
Coolers brought to BTI must be 30 quarts or less, and must be of a size that will comfortably fit on your lap. There should be absolutely no glass of any kind contained within any cooler.
BTI’s trips run rain or shine. If you decide to cancel your adventure after having paid, there are no refunds.
BTI reserves the right to cancel any activity due to unfavorable weather or water levels. While unlikely, BTI may have to cancel a trip due to inclement weather or unsafe water conditions. If BTI cancels an activity, we will refund your payment or you may reschedule your trip for the same calendar year.
Cancellation Policy: We have a set number of passengers we can accommodate daily. Because space is limited, it is best to reserve your spot as far in advance as possible. A non-refundable deposit per person is due two weeks prior to your trip date to hold your reservation. Full payment of your trip is required 48 hours prior to trip date. Any cancellations within 48 hours of trip date are non-refundable.
